Sometimes there is confusion about the roles of Property Managers and Body Corporate Managers and what the difference between a Body Corporate and Body Corporate Manager.
The other issue we find owners come across is the lack of consistency from one Body Corporate Manager to the next. This is largely due to there not being a requirement for body corporate managers to be licensed in Queensland. There are no formal training requirements or qualifications needed to be a body corporate manager.
